In the framework of the post bipolar world the designed geopolitical project-model of the «foreign policy formation and realization» is one of the most complete technologies of guarantying the state interests on the international arena. From this point of view evaluation of the aspects of the RF place in the circumstances of the actual system of international relations gives us a chance to conclude that the Moscow lacks the exact and long-standing geopolitical action program.
